Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.
The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.
In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

1: Multiple forum accounts.
Each user is permitted to have one account, creating another account is not acceptable, if you do have problems accessing your forum account then please contact us, if you make a new account please let us know and we will merge your accounts together.
2: Unacceptable language.
As you know Bittybay has a filter in place, we are a Bittybay fansite therefore the same filter applies, anyone found avoiding the filter will receive adequate punishment.
3: Do not double post.
Please do not double post, there is an edit button for a reason, use it or simply wait for someone else to post.
Anyone found double posting will have the post in question removed.
4: Do not advertise other forums.
We do have a forum for showing of your sites however we do ask that you don't advertise other Bittybay forums out of common courtesy.
5: Do not share any personal information.
We strongly stress to you that you do not post information, if you do then we will remove the information and you may find that you also receive a PM warning you.
Information we advise you not to share is:- Email address
- Phone numbers
- House address
- Images of yourself or any other forum member
- Video/Youtube images or links to show yourself or other members
We will also not tolerate anyone linking to Bebo, Myspace or Facebook profiles.
Remember avatars are apart of the forum, using pictures of yourself in avatars is also against the forum rules! - These will be removed without question if we feel that these videos could harm others.
6: Do not bully or encourage bullying of users.
BB Forum will not tolerate anyone bullying any users, this means doing it via PM, posts or in the shoutbox.
Anyone found bullying other users will receive a week ban, if it continues upon their return then a permanent ban will placed upon their account.
7: Respect all decisions made.
As a general rule, a moderators ruling is final, if you, however feel their decision was unfair then please contact Tom or JammieDodger and we will look into your situation. We will treat every situation as an individual case, please note that you may not like the decision we make however our word is final!
8: Do not post Commercial Advertising.
We do not appreciate commercial advertising, anyone found commercially advertising on BB Forum will face serious consequences.
To clarify, commercial advertising is advertising anything that will make you money directly, e.g. Your own hosting site. Posting a link to an established business is allowed, e.g. Asda.
9. Do not use Admin/MOD Commands
You are forbidden to use Admin/MOD commands in any section of BBS Forum, If you do this will result in a one day ban.
10. Do not post hacking/threatening Links
Do not under any circumstance post dangerous URL's on BB Forum, Doing so will result in a Perm ban.
Shoutbox Rules
What can't I do in the shoutbox?
All forum rules are also enforced within the shoutbox.
The shoutbox is still a apart of the forum so you must not; spam, be rude, swear or give out personal information.
How can someone spam a shoutbox?
Spamming the shoutbox is when you fill the shoutbox with shouts of your own.
So if you were to say "Hi" repeatedly until the view of the shoutbox(without scrolling) was nothing but you saying Hi you would be introuble for spamming.
Moderation
What are moderators?
Moderators are voluntary staff members who give up their time to ensure that only content that complies to the forums rules is kept on the forum!
Can I become a moderator?
Yes, every so often we will hire new moderators.
Can I become a super moderator?
We will hire super moderators based on users performance as a moderator.
I'm having a problem with a moderator!
